This chapel, located a ten-minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the city, overlooks the bay amidst the meadows.
A ten-minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the city, this chapel is a haven of peace overlooking the bay amidst meadows. Elegant, with its beautiful chequered walls, it boasts a bell tower topped not by a rooster, but by a seagull! Inside, boats hang from the wall, as this was once a popular spot for sailors. You'll find the chapel on your way out of town, continuing along the shoreline or the path along the lower ramparts, just before you reach Cape Hornu. Very quiet and photogenic, it's definitely worth the detour!

Effectivement l'accès en voiture n'est pas du plus facile, donc à pied sans problème et de plus ce n'est pas très loin, plusieurs possibilités, soit du parking en contrebas du cap Hornu, soit par la vieille ville! de ce site on a une très belle vue sur la baie et on trouve aussi une table d'orientation sur le belvédère, sinon la chapelle est toute mignonne de par sa taille, son aspect silex et galets et malheureusement ses graffitis gravés sur les murs, suivant la météo on aura des impressions différentes.

ON RESSENT UNE FORTE EMOTION A LA LECTURE DE CES MESSAGES. LA BEAUTE DU QUARTIER ET LA VUE SUR L'UNE DES PLUS BELLES BAIES AU MONDE AJOUTENT A L'INTERET DE CE LIEU.
