Restaurant focusing on home cooking with traditional and local dishes

This establishment lives up to its name and honors Roye's reputation as a gastronomic city. In fact, it's the best address in the area, with home-cooking featuring traditional dishes revisited with talent and passion: asparagus farandole, kidney and sweetbread cassolette with mushrooms, calf's head with gribiche sauce, or beef carpaccio with pistou and pommes allumettes, for example. The dessert menu is not to be outdone, with surprises including strawberry, baba and profiteroles. An address well worth a detour!

Restaurant vintage au papier peint des années 70.,mais là ,trop de papiers peints. Niveau accueil fait par les patrons eux même,rien a dire sauf excellent. Niveau cuisine , correct mais ,sans plus pour ma part.Surprise quand même ,pour les profiteroles ,en quinze jours ,de deux choux ,on passe à un.bref je suis resté un peu pantois.

Nous y avons avons déjeuné ce midi en famille à 6.
Quelle bonne surprise ! Un service très aimable et d'un grand professionnalisme, rien ne manque, tout est rondement mené et anticipé ce qui est très rare de nos jours. La cuisine est excellente, faite maison et pleine de saveurs. La présentation très jolie et soignée. Bravo !!! Tout est réuni pour passer un très bon moment. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.
