Le Hibou is an adventure with two Ls: those of Loris and Laura, two enthusiasts based in Rosières-en-Santerre. The idea here is to offer local, fresh, seasonal, colorful and Samarian cuisine, working with local produce and highlighting everyday foods. Well, the gamble has paid off handsomely: the duck terrine with wild garlic and calvados, for example, is extremely tasty, as is the blood orange and tarragon macaroon for dessert. A wonderful adventure that we hope will continue!

Petit restaurant, au cadre agréable. Nous avons été déçu car nous avions une réservé une table pour 4 , en précisant si le chef pouvait faire un menu pour notre fille. Elle a eu des tenders maison très sec, avec comme accompagnement des pdt vapeur avec la peau sans sauce. Concernant nos plats , la qualité des produits étaient au rdv, mais trop de saveurs en bouche. Et répétition des produits pour les entrées et les plats de résistance.

Une cuisine à découvrir, avec des produits locaux, originale et savoureuse dans un cadre agréable. Je recommande à tous ceux qui aiment se faire surprendre par de nouvelles saveurs.

Équipe au top, plats succulents (de l’amuse bouche au dessert en passant par le plat sans oublier l’entrée). Les papilles gustatives se sont réveillées… Je recommande vivement. Et on y retournera sans hésiter.
