Located only a few kilometres from the Amiénois city Centre, this station is very popular with Des, mainly for its large parking lot where it is possible to park its car the time of a train getaway. This station was very important until the early 1990 s, since high Speed trains flow. Today, Longueau station is more modest. Only four lines go through: Amiens-Lille, Amiens-Montdidier-Compiègne, Amiens-Paris, and Amiens-Abbeville-Rue. The station is of course served by buses.
