Fransures is a small town in the Hauts-de-France region of France. This farm, run by Franck Lamy and his mother Monique, specializes in raising ducks for foie gras. You can take a tour, taste their products or even enjoy a hearty meal in their brand-new dining room. The ducks are raised in the surrounding pastures before being force-fed with corn. The farm offers a variety of products such as raw or semi-cooked foie gras, smoked or dried duck breast. The table is open every day by reservation for 20 people or more.
