New star brewers like to refer to history. This is the case with these two friends, a Picard and a Ardennes (hence the name of the brewery). A long time ago, monks produced beer in Tricqueville, it was in the Middle Ages.
Today, Christophe Podigue and Laurent Lepère came to the end of their dream: create beer after a period of unemployment. In March 2012, the dream becomes reality and that is how the Mascot will be Born. They are committed to sharing their passion with visitors and consumers. The declination of their beers is very interesting, rooted in both the past and today's brewing news.
