Guillaume Hermant has been running this superb Bistrot de Pays since 2014. A native of the region, he trained extensively in a wide variety of establishments to acquire all the experience and know-how he now possesses, enabling him to run this inn with brio. Guillaume's cuisine is meticulous and creative, yet traditional, concocted with fresh local produce. Whatever you choose, make sure you use vegetables from the owner's own garden. When it comes to zero kilometers, it doesn't get any better than this!
