Very happy with our stay here in Abbeville, we were made very welcome, the room was lovely, the food in the restaurant was great as was breakfast. They also made our dog feel very welcome too.

Returned to Mercure Abbeville after the upheavals of the last few years, and was very pleased to find that it was as if we'd never been away! The welcome was warm and courteous. The facilities and services as good as we remembered them.
The room was clean, with everything needed for a comfortable few days, and well looked after during out stay. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful throughout. Also, the restaurant offered a varied range of food, which was well prepared and presented. Overall, excellent.

Je suis une cliente très fidèle, je sais me servir de la carte, il a fallu l'intervention d'Angélique, la responsable qui a constaté le problème d'elle-même et qui nous a changé nos cartes d'accès chose que Beverley rechignait àfaire. Grâce à Angélique la responsable nous avons résolu le problème que Beverley a refusé de régler. Elle m'a dit après la résolution du problème: Je cite " oui j'ai des problèmes de santé c'est pour cela que je n'étais pas aimable et à l'écoute"
Je lui dit Beverley elle me dit :"Appelez-moi Bev"
Bev : La vie est dure pour tout le monde, quand on vous dit qu'il y a un problème de carte, ce n'est pas pour embêter, c'est factuel, cela ne m'amuse pas d'embêter les gens si ce n'est pas un problème d'accès ". Sinon Stéphane, Angélique ainsi que l'ensemble de l'équipe du soir et du matin, du service du petit-déjeuner ont été très professionnel. Merci à eux d'avoir fait que notre séjour soit agréable et merci d'avoir été considérés suite à ce souci qui a duré plusieurs heures
