Produits gourmands: Bière et brasserie Trumilly

In 1998, Thomas Vandôme created this brewery in a barn on the family farm while his cousin resumed the operation. Since then the case has prospered and today the brewery produces eight varieties of beer! The White Saint-Rieul won a gold medal at the 2015 General Agricultural Competition, as did spring beer. Silver medal for the blonde and bronze for the amber. During the visit, all stages of production can be followed up to bottling. Only malting is not carried out on site; barley grown in Trumilly is sent to a malterie in Belgium to obtain a seed germination beginning. Before leaving the farm, enjoy an amber or white Saint-Rieul or, if you spend the winter, Christmas beer with spices and orange bark. Saint Rieul, bishop of Senlis was the evangelist of Gaul in the third century. Many monuments still bear witness to his passage. The frog is linked to a legend given to the Saint.
