An address for carnivores! Grilled beef from the grill, but also salads, burgers, cheese or fish. But you are in a grill restaurant. The meat is glorified! Pork ribs, lamb ribs, beef fillet or bone to bone… Plates are generous and high quality products. The map even offers some regional dishes, based on cheddar or maroilles. For more than 20 years the Côtes'textures entertain the greedy ones and it doesn't seem ready to stop!
