Catherine and Christophe Dalens are brilliantly at the helm of their Bistrot Iodé, an address that values fish and seafood products through a cuisine that respects them, with perfectly balanced flavors and impeccably mastered cooking and seasoning. Their superbly prepared dishes will take your taste buds on a journey, as will the contemporary setting, with its walls adorned with octopus and jellyfish, in which this passionate couple warmly welcomes you.
