Just outside the forest of Compiègne, the Auberge du Buissonnet is enjoying a new lease of life thanks to its new owners, Claudine and Jérémy. Their ambition? To serve good, traditional cuisine, with tasty, attractive dishes that are constantly changing according to the seasons and market produce... A short, reactive menu, guaranteeing freshness and creativity. So the least we can say is that this ambition is perfectly fulfilled, and what you taste here will be quite simply delicious. A highly recommended address!
