Located in the heart of Chantilly's historic town center, between the racecourse and the château, and just a stone's throw from the horse museum, this elegant restaurant offers an appetizing and varied menu. The menu is designed to satisfy a wide range of tastes and appetites. All is accompanied by fine wines, admirably recommended according to your dish and personal tastes. Service is efficient and friendly, and in summer the terrace is a great place for lunch or just a drink.

C'était une première en ces lieux pour mon amie et moi, nous voilà positivement surpris par notre soirée.
Les mets sont délicieux et en portions respectables, la cave pleine de savoureuses propositions.
Le service est courtois et personnalisé, ce qui change agréablement des "PME option restauration" où l'objectif premier du gérant se fait sentir à chaque instant.
Le seul bémol au niveau de l'ambiance a été le ballot de la table voisine qui a bruyamment parlé d'argent pendant 2h à sa conquête, nous compatissons d'ailleurs pour elle.
Attachés au "fait maison" et au "vivre pour manger", voilà toutefois une adresse à tenter.
