Even though the wolf has been there for a long time, the packs once inhabited the Halatte Forest and that is where the name of this charming hostel comes from. The décor with fireplace and wood offers a warm atmosphere. The establishment has been held since 2005 by Dorian Wicart, from the Dolce de Chantilly, a reference! On the first menu, there is already access to gastronomy with, for example, a crust of foie gras and rounding; a pallet with roast pineapple; and finally tasty chocolate-caramel pie.

Des plats tout justement exquis et du personnel plus qu'adorable.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli et ce avec un bébé de bientôt 6 mois, le personnel a même eu des attentions pour notre petite puce, c'est toujours plaisant de voir que même nos petits ont leur place au sein d'un restaurant ????
Pour faire bref, je recommande vivement cet établissement où petits et grands y seront parfaitement.
Le personnel est discret et efficace, une très bonne soirée.
