de qualité, nous avons très bien mangé, les plats étaient plutôt copieux, très bien présentés et excellents. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et je recommande à 200% ce restaurant.

Superbe expérience. Tout était parfait. Le service à table, l'accueil, le repas nous avons passé une excellente soirée. Après le repas nous avons vu le chef vraiment nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Comme toujours, un sans faute! Cuisine travaillée et offrant une explosion de saveurs et de textures en bouche. Les plats sont un délice pour les yeux et pour les papilles. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Accueil toujours aussi sympathique et service impeccable. Un vrai moment de plaisir!

Nous avons découvert ce lieu par une invitation (Bon cadeau). C'est une véritable pépite... le lieu est décoré avec goût, des tables dressées avec rigueur dans le soucis du détail, un service de qualité, une propreté irréprochable et des mets d'exception cuisinés avec brio. Félicitations au chef et à tout son personnel. Nous reviendrons avec notre famille pour leur faire découvrir.... Merci

C'est toujours un véritable plaisir de déguster la cuisine de ce chef et les pâtisseries de son épouse. On se laisse à chaque fois surprendre par des saveurs incroyables. Les assiettes sont de véritables œuvres d'art et les produits sont d'excellentes qualités.

Service et cuisine vraiment excellente et surtout pouvoir choisir ses plats avec une carte à disposition car cela devient de plus en plus rare souvent menus dégustations et c'est bien dommage

Les propriétaires de ce restaurant sont sympathiques et très attachants. La cuisine est excellente, il faut goûter le pâté en croûte, et le sommelier est un véritable acteur. On mange bien, on est bien assis, le cadre est parfait. Je suis venu avec ma chérie et je l'ai comblée. Merci.

C’était un repas exceptionnel que j’ai partagé avec des amies ! C’est aussi délicieux que beau. On ressent le travail de recherche et la passion de ce couple qui tient avec brio le restaurant. Le restaurant qu’il faut découvrir absolument ! Merci

Une belle adresse gastronomique, du personnel pro et adorable. Chaque plat est une peinture et une explosion de saveur. Vous allez être agréablement surpris par leur créativité. U. Rapport qualité prix très bon. En résumé on y a passé 4 heures pour déjeuner et on n’a pas vu le temps passé. Mention spéciale pour le pâté en croûte ????

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce restaurant. La cuisine était absolument délicieuse, l’ambiance du restaurant était vraiment agréable et le personnel était très attentionné. Le rapport qualité-prix était excellent. Nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant.
On peut vous dire que le restaurant Arraditz n’a rien à envier à certains restaurants étoilés (1*).

Le restaurant vise l'étoile et ça se voit. Tous les marqueurs sont là (tables parfaitement dressées, services de haut niveau etc).
Les plats sont travaillés et bien évidemment expliqués lors du service.
Les associations de goûts sont parfaites ; on se surprend à aimer un aliment qui n'est pourtant pas notre préféré ????

I was taken to dinner at Arraditz about a week ago by visiting friends. I had never visited before and knew nothing about the restaurant nor what to expect. I can honestly say that it was one of the best dining experiences I have had in recent years. Arraditz is a true jewel of a restaurant that should be frequented by all. The menu was well thought out, the food was sublime and exquisitely presented. As for the service, I was amazed to discover at the end of the evening that in fact there were only 3 people working the entire restaurant: Olivier (the chef), Karine (the hostess, server and pastry chef!) and Christian (sommelier, server and cheese expert). We only met Olivier at the end of the meal but Christian and Karine ran the service smoothly, never once showing anything but professionalism. Our interactions with them actually enhanced the whole dining experience. We ate well, drank well and lingered for 3 hours all the while being made to feel valued and appreciated.
An additional thing to mention… I had not read any reviews before going to Arraditz but subsequently read many that aligned with my own sentiments. However I feel it important to address the subject of racial discrimination raised by one reviewer. I cannot speak to their experience as I was not present at the time but as a woman of colour I did not find any evidence of the accusations made by the reviewer. On the contrary, as I have already said, I found the service to have been genuine and warm as well as professional and I enjoyed a lovely chat with Karine, Olivier and Christian at the end of the night. Please do not let that one review put you off or prevent you from experiencing a truly wonderful example of dining out at its finest. This is a restaurant and team that deserve to be supported and helped to prosper.

We were invited by friends and had an absolutely magical evening. Incredible what a super talented and dedicated team of 3 people (!!!) can achieve. Quick advice: you had better get your booking in quickly before the knowledge of this 2/3 star dining experience at 1 star prices spreads , lines will form around the block and the waiting time for a table becomes intolerably long.

During a trip to France, we found this restaurant and went with a group of 5 for dinner and had an absolutely amazing experience. The food was inventive, yet classic and everything was not only perfectly prepared, the whole flow of the dinner was wonderful. Needless to say, we lingered and left well taken care of.
On top of that, I felt that the value for service and food was really good - this is an exceptional restaurant.
If you can, also walk around Lescar a bit -- a beautiful, old town with a lot of French charm.
One note: during our research, we read reviews and I feel the need to address the issue of prejudice mentioned in one review. We had a mixed-race group of people and at no time did we feel anything but care and respect by everyone on the staff at Arraditz.
