The grandson of a master grafter, Philippe Dechelle entered the world of viticulture at a very early age, setting up his own business from a parcel of vines inherited from his parents, who were harvesters-cooperators at the time. Now an independent winegrower, he owns an 11-hectare vineyard which he cultivates using integrated viticulture methods.
