Blérancourt is a charming town in the Hauts-de-France region. New arrivals are invited to come to the town hall to fill in an information form. The office of the Syndicat des Eaux de la Basse-Quincy, which manages drinking water, is also located in Blérancourt, at 7 ter place de l'Hôtel de Ville. Two agents are on hand to help residents with their administrative formalities, and self-service computer workstations are also available.
