Crêperie sur le remblai (crepery on the embankment) serves home-style cooking with speciality galettes, facing the sea.
Decorated in a seaside spirit, this crêperie features a pergola and is located on the esplanade, facing the ocean and the estacade. Crêpes and galettes are made with organic flours from the Rairé mill in nearby Sallertaine. Whether traditional or gourmet, the galettes and crêpes have retained their basic recipes, a guarantee of their quality. As was the case before, reservations are recommended if you want to try the Top Chef galette with scallops and salmon. Alternatives to the galettes include fish and salads.
