He passes on his love of his profession with each visit and discusses the exploitation and harvesting of salt nowadays. After the enriching visit, don't leave without your "white gold": fleur de sel, coarse salt, natural or flavoured, but also pottery and glassware with coarse salt and confectionery products such as Caramel de Vie and spread.
