Owner's Message
Restaurant La Marine is located in Noirmoutier, opposite the port of Herbaudière.
The restaurant is run by Alexandre & Céline Couillon, who were awarded a Michelin star in 2007, and were congratulated again in 2008 when they were named "Grand Chef of Tomorrow" by GaultMillau. For the past 2 years, La Marine has been awarded 3 Michelin stars. La Marine's sober, contemporary decor is in keeping with the "Marine et Végétal" theme.

La Table d'Elise is a small blue house set on the harbor of L'Herbaudière. It draws the eye with its painted facade "... a kitchen of yesterday, with the taste of today..." and its door adorned with a rudder.

You'll find our artisans already present at La Marine and La Table d'Elise, mainly products from Vendée and Pays de la Loire.
