Laurence's son Victor is the4th generation of Maligorne pastry-makers. He perpetuates their specialties: the gâche (also available in braided versions weighing 1 or 1.5 kg) and the brioche de Mareuil (also known as the wedding brioche). In addition to flagship homemade specialties, such as Nougat-Passion and Exquis, the team of young pastry chefs offers a number of new products: a sweet hazelnut pastry tartlet, a soft hazelnut cookie with a mango-passion heart, and the excellent Noisetier. For a snack, try our original éclairs and viennoiseries on a brioche base.

Pâtisserie La Maligorne 85320 Mareuil-Sur-Lay-Dissais
La boulangerie-pâtisserie La Maligorne est un arrêt que j'apprécie particulièrement à chaque fois que je traverse la ville de Mareuil-Sur-Lay-Dissais pour me rendre en Bretagne. Leur brioche, la Gâche de Mareuil est inimitable et, pour moi, la meilleure de Vendée : fondante, délicieusement parfumée, parsemée ou non de grains de sucre sur le dessus, selon qu'elle est ou non tressée. Je ne résiste pas et ce depuis plusieurs années, avec en général, la gâche 1kg ou à la coupe le dimanche matin, lorsqu'il en reste. J'ai également eu l'occasion de goûter leur baguette ainsi que quelques viennoiseries et gâteaux et tout est toujours très bon. Vivement que je retourne dans la région !
