In addition to flagship homemade specialties such as Nougat-Passion and Exquis, the new team of young pastry chefs has come up with a number of new products: a sweet hazelnut pastry tartlet, a soft hazelnut cookie with a mango-passion heart. For snacks, try our original éclairs and viennoiseries on a brioche base.
