The last artisanal cannery on the island of Yeu, a must during your visit to the island! Specialized in jars of character, the Conserverie l'Île d'Yeu cooks each year generous artisanal recipes, rooted in tradition and around the island's flagship products: white tuna, sardines, fish and shellfish! In spreads, in rillettes, crumbled, smoked, they are declined for all the tastes with in flagship product the liver of monkfish, without forgetting the traditional fish soup, recipe transmitted from generation to generation.
