"La Citadelle" plunges the visitor into the heart of the Middle Ages... A true medieval fortress with 70 family rooms and 30 "comfort" rooms, the hotel extends over 8 hectares in a 14th-15th century architecture. Its restaurant, "L'Écuyer Tranchant", plunges us into an authentic medieval castle cuisine, with its monumental fireplace where appetizing pieces of meat are roasted. Its buffet formula offers medieval-inspired dishes, including the famous pears in hypocras or the fricassee of poultry in "barbouille".
