After eleven years at the helm of the Terre Salée pizzeria in Noirmoutier-en-l'île, Virginie and Benoît Manon moved to the village of l'Épine, which they appreciate for its "village" spirit. They renovated this small-scale venue with a terrace into a pretty, cosy bistro, which opened its doors in February 2024. Open in the morning for a cup of coffee, you'll stay longer to enjoy the home cooking, which features traditional dishes. Meat, fish, lasagne... the suggestions of the moment are displayed on the slate and change according to the chef's mood.
