Sand-fronted restaurant serving delicious crêpes, tasty planks and good food on Port Morin.
Anchored on Port Morin, Case Iodée replaced Poisson Bulle in April 2024, and has quickly established itself as one of the island's top addresses. At its helm is Clément, surrounded by a great team. Set on the sand, two lounges welcome guests for a drink while sharing excellent Thai-style clams, cold mussels or a fine, tasty dish: razor clams with their homemade sauce. Signature dishes include snacked octopus, bell pepper coulis and sweet potato purée: a real treat! Every week, new suggestions are announced on the slate.

Les couteaux en entrée n'avaient pas été rincés, beaucoup de sable restait. Plats goûteux mais constitués de beaucoup de pommes de terre
& Pour finir : addition >100€ à 4
They did.
We started with a shared plate of palourdes, followed by octopus (me) and cod (The Boss). All three dishes were well executed and well presented. I was very tempted to order another bowl of palourdes as I don't eat sweet stuff.
All washed down with a nice Viognier.
We enjoyed it so much that we have made a second reservation for Monday evening.
If the sun shines on Monday, the score for the atmosphere will be a 5, as the restaurant is in a fantastic location right by the marina.
The fish of the day was just sublime. A fabulous mix of flavours and beautifully cooked fish. For dessert , I went for the banana crumble which was deliciously naughty. Everyone loved their food.
Thank you to the friendly and welcoming team. Congratulations to the chef and team.
