For Philippe, organic is not a fad, it's a way of life. Certified since 2012, this passionate winegrower pampers his vines like others pamper their children. On the slopes of the Hahnenberg and Finkenberg, he creates cuvées full of soul: crisp Sylvaner, taut Riesling, charming Muscat, majestic Grands Crus Bruderthal... and even sublime Vendanges Tardives.
