Nice restaurant to enjoy a sparkling beer in Molsheim.

The bearded man of this nice neighborhood bistro is called Vincent Hoerter. He realized his dream by becoming a bistrotier like his grandfather! It is a warm place where you can enjoy a sparkling beer (more than 50 Alsatian breweries) or a glass of Alsatian wine (organic winegrowers from Molsheim). On the plate: a local cuisine with a slight twist, homemade with local products. The chef loves nothing more than to combine tradition and exoticism, as shown by the wok pulled pork with the marrow bone in the oven!
