Les Huîtres du Cap Horn are four generations of oyster farmers, carrying on the family traditions and know-how to produce quality shellfish. Sébastien Vaire welcomes you to discover his passion: the production of beautiful oysters bred off the coast of the Ile de Noirmoutier. Since 1927, the family has been producing beautiful shellfish. Si les huîtres du Cap Horn ont été médaillées ce n'est pas sans raison : excellentes même au mois d'août, pas trop salées ni trop grasses, mais charnues comme il le faut ... Je recommande la dégustation de ces huîtres qui se conservent aussi fort bien quelques jours.
