Here, we produce fattened ducks. From the first day of the duck's life to the final product, everything happens on the Chedanière farm site. The animals are traditionally raised in the open air. Ducks are force-fed only whole cooked corn. On sale at the farm: pâtés, rillettes, foies gras, confit, manchons, gizzards, pot-au-feu and civet de canard, stuffed neck. Visit the farm in summer, starting with a tour of the duck pen and ending with a tasting session.
