LE PETIT ATELIER DU CUIR

Yvan Le Saige de La Villesbrunne, mayor delegate of his village of Saint-Hilaire-le-Lierru (145 inhabitants), in the new commune of Tuffé-Val-de-la-Chéronne, has set up his Petit Atelier du cuir in a barn on his property, in the middle of the countryside. Here he exercises his talents as a saddler, leatherworker and saddler. His workshop opens onto a shop where his works are exhibited: medieval purses, western saddlebags, handbags or backpacks of remarkable quality. This craftsman works with cow, goat or lamb leather in different tanning processes, vegetable for very thick and solid leather, mineral for soft leather. Ask him for the moon, he makes it for you in leather to your taste, your image, your figure, his talent in addition!

Courses are also organized, from half-day initiation to full-day training.
