The cuisine is of Guy Podevin, you might say in all seasons and according to them. And what does it ready for its menus? In summer, for example, it offers us a salad of summer with flavours of the garden, to start back of pike with steamed lobster, shallots and cream to continue and compote of red fruits (flavoured with liqueur pink) to finish. The washed down jasnières and slope-of- loir. Indeed, the chef pays homage to local produce with a refined cuisine. All in an inn located in the forest of Lulled. Nothing to say: it is a very nice restaurant.
