LE GITE SAINT ANDRE

Roger and Maryvonne Poulhalec created this cottage in a renovated farmhouse with a well and a nice closed garden, 7 km from Le Mans. The accommodation, if it has only 25 sleeps, can accommodate up to 60 people in its dining room. It has an open kitchen with a bar, ideal for receptions. Kitchen equipment is professional. There is also a reserve with a washing machine, freezer and fridge on the ground floor. The lounge is pleasant with its fireplace where you can make good weather outbreaks in the winter. The accommodation is equipped with four water rooms located close to different rooms and colours. One of them is equipped for persons with reduced mobility, on the ground floor of a three-bed room. Three rooms with four beds, two double rooms with a closet and a small desk. Two rooms have very beautiful beams, which gives them a certain charm. The beds are predominantly metal. It has a small hospital side, but the whole is very clean. And then you will not have to take your sheets and covers because they are provided. A large parking lot in the garden will facilitate your stay in the countryside. The staff were friendly and helpful.
