Chef Pascal Tesson is very committed to the cuisine from local products and offers quality dishes in its restaurant in the center of Ballon. Access and parking are easily accessible with a large square nearby. The kitchen is quality for reasonable prices. Please note: catering activity within the Workshop of Flavors to a few hundred meters (2, place des Halles).
