It was while drinking a craft beer a few years ago that Cédric had the idea and the desire to set up an organic brewery in Mamers with Franck, his brother-in-law. With a real concern for quality and sustainability, the microbrewery values the use of organic raw materials in the conception of its beers. Created with local, organic ingredients, they are brewed and bottled on site, and served at the bar in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Innovative recipes create unique combinations, with or without alcohol. We love the colorful labels with comic-book effects, role-playing games, wizards and sorcerers...
