And if this year Easter Monday took a sporting turn? On 21 April, the commune of Lude will welcome Strides 2014; a chance! In the programme: two 5 and 10 km walk in the park of the castle of Lude! If you want to add a competitive dimension to your personal training, it seems to be the perfect opportunity! And who knows, maybe you will take advantage of it to find the ideal sports course, to be repeated later on? So, let's get the trainers and your brands… Loans? Leave!

Tariff: 5 €, or 8 € on site.

Distance: 5 km and 10 km.

Difficulty: easy to average.

Rendez-vous: park of the Lude castle. Departures at 14 am and 15 pm.

Other practical information: any non-licensee shall have a medical certificate indicating the absence of a contraindication to the practice of the race on foot.
