The member structures are the four Communities of Municipalities that make up its territory and the Sarthe County Council, which makes it a mixed syndicate called open and constituted for an unlimited period. Its headquarters are in La Ferté-Bernard and its skills include the development of tourism in this territory with its rich potential.
