Trendy and bistronomic address with a chef who elaborates a fresh and inventive cuisine

A trendy and bistronomic address as its name suggests, just a stone's throw from the tourist office. We enjoy a fresh and inventive cuisine. The chef works on the prime rib of beef for 2/3 people, the Breton lobster just grilled, scallops, turbot, white truffle from Alba and black truffle from Périgord, veal rib, sea bass.... Eclectic but always top-of-the-range. Cooking in the dining room and preparing desserts in front of you for more interactivity and friendliness. On the bistronome menu, for example: scampi ravioli, grilled prawns risotto verde, praline flakes, raspberries, pistachios.

On adore venir manger au Bistronome. La cuisine est top, le personnel est accueillant et aux petits soins.
C'est un rendez-vous incontournable pour nous à chaque fois que l'on vient dans la région.

Des produits de qualité et le charme de la cuisson des viandes dans la cheminée. Une très bonne adresse

L'amertume du bouillon servi avec les st jacques etait trop forte et comment couper une esperge quasiment crue avec des couverts à poisson.
Quant au "citron agrume' un peu trop acide pour la langue.
Bref, des plats originaux mais pas tres équilibrés.
Par contre, l'oeuf de Pâques etait excellent et le dressage des plats toujours aussi creatif et parfait.

Tout est excellent, les menus sont variés copieux et très bien cuisinés. Le personnel est attentionné et agréable. La salle est accueillante.
