Le Carnuta, Maison de l'Homme et de la Forêt, welcomes you to Jupilles, in the heart of the Bercé forest, for unforgettable visits. This fun, interactive space invites you to discover the world of the forest, accessible to all ages. It plunges you into the heart of the tall, hundred-year-old oaks, awakening your senses with images, sounds, films, models and games. The Carnuta building will also delight your eyes with its all-wood structure, featuring a spruce post and beam, a chestnut shingle façade and birch branches for decoration. Explore the area on foot or by bike. For hiking, there are a number of looped routes, such as the Bercé circuit between vineyards and orchards. A varied choice of mountain bike circuits also allows you to explore the treasures of the forest and nearby villages. A dozen loops have been designed to satisfy both beginners and experienced cyclists, offering a perfect playground among the trees. Among these itineraries, for example, is a 20-kilometer route linking Jupilles to Bercé. You can also take advantage of a rich program of events all year round, whether with family or friends.
