Up to 15 people can be accommodated (gîte fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. 7 people in wheelchairs. Maximum capacity of 15 people). For 15 people (264 m², 5 bedrooms). From 135 € / night to 595 € / night, decreasing rate according to the number of nights. Gîte accessible to all, including people with reduced mobility. Games for children. Internet connection. Garden furniture, washing machine, tumble dryer. Satellite TV. Excursions (horse-drawn carriage rides adapted to people with reduced mobility, mountain bike, VTC, VAE, PMR bike, third wheels for wheelchairs and wheelchair launching).

Located in the Erve Valley, our gite is a real haven of peace in the heart of the Mayenne countryside. Come and make a stopover between the castles of the Loire and Brittany. Many tourist activities mixing art, history and sport are waiting for you: the Caves of Saulges and the cliffs offering visits, speleology and climbing, the museum of Prehistory, the small cities of character Saulges and St Pierre-sur-Erve, the castle of Sainte-Suzanne, the archeological museum of Jublains...Not to mention the many possibilities of hiking, horseback riding and mountain biking starting from the gite which has itself 2km of private paths around our paddocks where you can admire our draft horses

Surrounded by 2000 m² of private land, you can enjoy the outside area, which is accessible to people with reduced mobility: petanque court, badminton court, ping-pong table. We also offer accessible activities: horse-drawn carriage rides, bike hire, pusher bike, Lomo wheel and wheelchair launching.

We wanted to restore and convert this farmhouse into a spacious, warm and comfortable gîte in order to be able to accommodate groups of 15 people, 7 of whom are in wheelchairs.

Ground floor:

- a bedroom with an electric double bed (2x70x200cm) and a private shower room with toilet,

- a shower-room-wc common to the whole gîte (PMR standards),

- a WC and a shower room (not for disabled people),

- a living room with fireplace,

- a fully equipped kitchen,

- a laundry room (not for disabled people),

- a room with a mezzanine (accessible via a stone staircase) in which there is a pull-out bed (2x70x200cm) and a bunk bed (90x190cm),

- a terrace directly accessible from the kitchen, covered with a shelter, thus offering an additional living room whatever the weather and the season. This shelter can also slide easily on each side to enjoy the terrace in the open air.

On the first floor (accessible via stairs and elevator) :

- two bedrooms, each with a private shower room and adjoining toilet to PMR standards: one has three electric single beds (90x200cm), the other has a double bed (160x200cm) + two electric single beds (90x200cm) + a Moroccan ultra-low single bed on wheels with a stretched canvas base and real mattress (80x200cm),

- a mezzanine with a convertible armchair with slats and a very good mattress (80x200cm).

Baby equipment available on request.

Gite equipped with wifi and wired internet outlets throughout.
