Albert Seltz is a rock'n'roll character, an ardent defender of Sylvaner. He is the 16th generation in charge of this family estate with a splendid cellar dating from 1576 and carved out of the rock! On the 7,3 ha are practiced a viticulture and a wine making respectful of nature and tradition. The reputation of the wines of the Albert Seltz estate is well known, especially with its sylvaner vintages produced on the Zotzenberg. Most of the wines are vinified in stainless steel tanks, except for the Pinot Noir, Sylvaner and Auxerrois which are vinified in barrels.
