" The wines of the area are distinguished by their beautiful acidity. Fascinated by his craft, André Rohrer will explain to you, for example, that the Riesling Old Vines does not immediately reveal his fat and fruity fruit, and that if the red of Mittelbergheim shows tanniques and woody flavors, they melt over time.
