Jean-Daniel and Thomas Boeckel open their cosy, modern cellar to you, featuring oak barrels over a hundred years old and a 250-metre-long bottle conveyor installed in 1950 - a rarity! Another treasure trove: a collection of perfectly preserved old vintages, including Rieslings from 1911! Their Riesling, Sylvaner and Pinot Gris Grands Crus are wonderful wines for laying down. More audaciously, their Pétillant Naturel 2020, a dry, fruity, organic and Ecocert-certified wine, will delight your palate as an aperitif or with dessert!
