Established in Mittelbergheim on a vineyard inherited from the XVIᵉ century, Domaine Albert Seltz embodies the excellence of a passionate lineage since 1576. Albert, his son Jérémy and now the entire 14ᵉ generation work with respect for the terroir: organic cultivation, manual harvesting. Their Sylvaner Grand Cru Zotzenberg has become a benchmark thanks to Albert's fight for its recognition as a grand cru. In the intimate atmosphere of their XVIIᵉ century cellar, each tasting is savored like a score between history, fruit brilliance and homage to terroirs.
