THE MILLENNIAL HAWTHORN

Near the church is a hawthorn planted in the th century, one of the oldest in France, the object of true worship. A text dated the th century is already talking about something very old! It gives each year, alternately, flowers that are white, sometimes pink. Its dimensions are surprising: the old trunk, divided into three parts that were so of iron to avoid bursting, measure 2,40 m of circumference, 7 m high for a covered surface of 43 m ².
