Mickaël and Marie Chesnouard offer special breads made with 100% organic French wheat flour, crisp viennoiseries and refined pastries. The bakery's "Viennese knot" is one of their specialties. Mickaël was elected Meilleur Ouvrier de France, which inspired him to take an interest in many of the world's bread specialties! The restaurant also offers a variety of lunch menus, renewed every week, in a warm setting combining wood and metal.
