A family-run wine estate in the heart of the Saumur-Champigny appellation. Since 1932, the Ratron family has been passionately cultivating Cabernet Franc on more than 20 hectares of land between forest, hillside and tuffeau. It is from the latter that the estate's exclusive Cabernet Franc vines derive their minerality. Some of the vines are over 50 years old. The vines are grown according to the principles of organic agriculture, on terroirs typical of the appellation, and harvested by hand.
