The boutique can be visited with or without a tour of the stills. So why not take advantage of the tasting of the ten spirits at the end of the tour, to choose from among the brand's many products? Indeed, while Combier first distinguished itself with its Original, the Elixir and then the Triple sec, it has also developed syrups in a wide variety of flavors (tiramisu, toffee, macadamia...), the Guignolet d'Anjou, the Pure folie liqueur, an aniseed-flavored absinthe, as well as spices for mulled wine and culinary preparations...

Production variée, comprenant bien sûr le triple sec mais également des cocktails dont il est la base (dont l'Exotic, très bien équilibré à 13° vol.) et des sirops sans alcool (vanille bio, amaretto, rose, etc...).
Visite très intéressante sur l'Histoire de cette entreprise familiale française et les techniques d'élaboration des produits.
Si vous êtes ou passez à Saumur, cela vaut assurément le coup d'y aller faire une petite visite, dégustation en prime.
