Established since 1885, Langlois-Château operates its own vineyards and controls all its wines. A part of the vineyard of the domain is labeled organic. The layout of the site and the store allows you to discover the estate in a playful way. One literally "drinks" the words of his guide for visits in 4 acts: oenology course, stages of wine making, 300 m of underground path and commented tasting. For more than seventeen years, Maryse Ouellette-Fougeray has been making her own treats (37 flavors to choose from!), adding praline, of course, but also Espelette pepper, maniguette, various spices, rose water for the most romantic ones, or even maple syrup, directly imported from her brother's home by Maryse, a native of Quebec. Vino Valley and its 250 or so products, exclusively from the Loire Valley, have set up shop in a former wine-making cellar, preserving the rails that were used to transport bottles and barrels. Founded in 1842, the Duchess Anne is a gourmet institution, for the fine mouths of Saumur and Clisson. In a soft and refined setting, in a vintage 19th century style, the small tea room, with its modest but delicate atmosphere, often sees its tables taken over by the people of Saumur, so well suited is it to the delight of a sweet break, such as a pastry or homemade chocolate. For 25 years, the Godineau family has been in charge; in 2010, the parents left the keys to the house to their son, François, and his wife, Céline. In this way, the tradition is perpetuated, while quality is always present. To be convinced, just try the macaroons and other chocolates, the creations of individual or family cakes as well as the divine Christmas logs, you will quickly know why! Domaine Saint-Vincent is a vineyard located in Saumur, Indre-et-Loire. It extends over 35 hectares of vines planted on the slopes overlooking the Loire.
