Alsace has pushed its wings to the heart of Saumur. All that's missing now are the storks to make you think you're on the Rhine. Kouglof, langhopf, pretzel, gingerbread and black forest: all Alsatian pastry is revisited here. The welcome is commensurate with the generosity of the products. We will be happy to tell you about traditions and recipes. The bakery part is also under the sign of delicacy and originality: wood baguette, German bread, chestnut bread, fruit, seaweed, lumberjack.... These black breads are the reputation of the shop and are often presented in the surrounding Christmas markets. A stone's throw from the city centre, we can only advise you to go and meet these two lovely shopkeepers.

An avalanche real quality ingredients bakery here, no indigestions industrial preparations made of ice as you too often see it. It is butter butter, and when it is well-proportioned, grasse is not felt. One cracks for breads and alsatian specialities and often makes because in these people are charming and all here to Saumur, concorde to say it. Adorable people, without way, which bring us on their beautiful and good pleasure sharing bread recttes and sweets of Alsace.

One enjoyed almost all and souvenirs of Alsatian Christmas fort long ago, returned and children love sweets house. Longue route with these good bakers!
